1. About GoGirlGo

GoGirlGo is a youth sports equity society based in Chennai, India. We run school talks, community hiking events, and programmes designed to keep girls aged 12–18 in sport. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website and services.

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Use of the website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, or discriminatory.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying systems.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the site without our written permission.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting a contact form.

3. Programme participation

Participation in GoGirlGo school talks and outdoor adventure events is subject to separate programme agreements and consent forms provided at the time of registration. The following general conditions apply:

• Participants under 18 require written consent from a parent or guardian.
• Outdoor events require participants to follow the safety briefing provided by GoGirlGo staff.
• GoGirlGo reserves the right to remove any participant from a programme who acts in a manner inconsistent with our community values — including respect, inclusivity, and kindness.
• Events may be cancelled or rescheduled due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify registered participants as early as possible.

4. Photography and media

GoGirlGo may photograph or film events for use in our publications, social media, and promotional materials. Separate consent will be sought from participants (and from parents/guardians for minors) before any identifiable images are published. If you wish to withdraw previously given consent, contact us at hello@gogirlgo.in.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and the ZePLAYbook — is owned by GoGirlGo or our content partners and is protected by copyright. You may share or quote our content for educational or non-commercial purposes provided you credit GoGirlGo and link back to the original page. Commercial reproduction requires our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

This website and its content are provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. GoGirlGo makes no representations that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for the content of external websites we link to.

7. Limitation of liability
